Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and basic electrical issues.Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist customers as needed
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Respond to breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Work through maintenance backlog.
• Document work in CMMS (Fiix).
• Support reliability improvements.

Equipment and Systems:

• CNC Equipment
• Vacuum systems and pumps
• Heat seal and foam processing equipment
• Fiberglass manufacturing equipment

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting
• Basic electrical knowledge
• Ability to work independently
• Strong safety mindset with strict LOTO adherence

Preferred Qualifications:

• CNC experience
• PLC troubleshooting
• CMMS experience
